Samantha provides comprehensive neuropsychological assessments in the following areas:
- Rehabilitation, including strategies and recommendations for managing cognitive weaknesses
- NDIS Assessments for plan-managed or self-managed participants only
- Comprehensive neuropsychological assessment to assist with diagnosis and treatment/support planning
- Return to work or study assessments
- Return to driving assessments
- Formal assessments of capacity and decision making including Guardianship and Financial Management.
Referral and Assessment
Sydney wide referrals are accepted. Referrals outside Sydney may be undertaken on request. Please email your referral to samantha@sydneuropsychology.com.au including as much detail as possible as well as a contact number.
Referrals can be arranged to occur at a time and place that is convenient for the client.
Fees
Please note that Neuropsychological assessments and reports are not currently subsidised by Medicare.
The cost of an assessment will vary depending on the length and complexity of the referral. Our fees are in accordance with the Australian Psychological Society’s (APS) schedule of recommended hourly fees. You will be provided an estimated quote at the time of scheduling your appointment. However, if the interview and assessment takes a significantly longer amount of time, you may be charged extra at an hourly rate. All fees are payable at the conclusion of the assessment.
NDIS assessments are charged at the hourly rate in accordance with NDIA fees.
